"மருதமலை மாமணியே" பாடல் உருவான கதை

மருத மலை மாமணியே என்ற பாடலில் குன்னக்குடி வைத்தியநாதனுக்கும் கவியரசு கண்ணதாசனுக்கும் ஒரு செல்ல போட்டி நடந்தது. இதை குன்னக்குடி வைத்தியநாதன் அவர்களே பல இடங்களில் கூறியுள்ளார்.

அதாவது, தனது வயலினில் ஒரு மெட்டை குன்னக்குடி வாசிப்பார். சிறிதும் யோசிக்காமல் கண்ணதாசன் அதற்கு பாட்டு எழுத வேண்டும்.

இது தான் போட்டி. குன்னக்குடி கடினமான மெட்டுக்கள் வரும்படி வாசித்தாராம். ஆனால் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் கண்ணதாசன் அதற்கான வார்த்தைகளை உடனுக்குடன் கூறிவிடுவாராம்.

அந்த பாடல்களில் ஒன்று தான் மேலே சொன்ன 'மருதமலை மாமணியே' பாடல்.

ஒரு கட்டத்தில் சற்றே கடினமான மெட்டை வயலனில் வாசித்து 'இதற்கான வார்த்தைகளை கூறுங்கள்' என்றாராம் குன்னக்குடி. உடனடியாக வந்து விழுந்த வார்த்தைகள் "சக்திச்சரவண முத்துக்குமரனை மறவேன்"....

குன்னக்குடி வைத்தியநாதன் இதே பாடலில் முடிவில் வேண்டுமென்றே வயலினில் சம்பந்தம் இல்லாமல் நிச நிச நிச நிச என்று மிகக்கடினமாகவும் வேகமாகவும் வாசித்துவிட்டாராம்..

கவிஞர் உடனே இதைத்தான் எதிர்பார்த்தேன் என்று "மலையடி, நதியடி, கடலடி சகலமும் உனதடி" என்ற வார்த்தையை எழுதியவுடன் வயலீனை நான் சிறிது நேரம் கீழே வைத்து
"ஐயா, என்னை விட்டுடுங்க"ன்னு கும்பிட்டேன் என்றார்... குன்னக்குடி வைத்தியநாதன் அவர்கள்.

இப்படிபட்ட கவிஞர் கிடைக்க நாம் என்ன தவம் செய்தோமோ ?!

Why Praanayaamam + Meditation are necessary from the Medical Science's point of view?

From the time of the  birth till death the heart works continuously.

*Everyday the heart pumps 7,000 litres of blood, of which 70% blood is pumped to the brain and the remaining 30%  to the rest of body.*

How does the heart work so much efficiently and effectively?

Heart works effectively because it follows a discipline. In normal conditions the heart takes 0.3 secs to contract (systole) and 0.5 secs to relax (diastole). So 0.3+0.5=0.8 secs are required by the heart to complete one beat (1 cardiac cycle).That means *in 1 min, the heart beats 72 times which is considered as normal heart beat.*

During the relaxing phase of 0.5 secs the impure blood travels through the lungs and becomes 100 % pure.

In some stressful conditions , the body demands more blood in less time and in this situation the heart reduces the relaxing period of 0.5 secs to 0.4 secs. Thus in this case the heart beats 82 times in 1min and only 80% of blood gets purified.

On more and more demand the relaxing time is further reduced to 0.3 secs & then only 60% of blood is purified.

*Imagine the consequences of the lesser Oxygenated blood circulating in our Arteries!*

Deep Breathing , my friends , is the key to ensure better Oxygenation of the blood.

*Factors responsible for the activity of the brain:*

1.  25-30% is due to the Diet we consume.

2. 70-75% is due to the emotions, attitude, memories and other processes of the brain.

*Thus, to calm the brain and reduce the demand on the heart to pump more and more blood , brain needs to be given rest. Meditation is the most useful tool to calm an agitated mind.*

When we sit in meditation (#), the brain gets calmer, heart gets rested,  thus insulating us from the Dis-eases of Heart & Brain.

(இது இப்போது ஆட்சியிலிருக்கும் குஜ்ஜு கழுதைப்புலிகள் இல்லாமல் இத்தாலியப் பன்றிகள் ஆட்சியில் இருந்தாலும் இதுவே நடக்கும். இந்த கழுதைப்புலிகளும் பன்றிகளும் மோசமான தொழிலாளர் சங்கத் தலைவர்களைப் போன்றவர்கள். ஒரு மோசமான சங்கத் தலைவன், தான் ஆதாயம் பார்ப்பதற்காக, கூட்டம் சேர்த்துக் கொண்டு, பலத்தைக் காட்டி, நிர்வாகத்தை மிரட்டி, ஒன்றுக்கும் உதவாத சில கோரிக்கைகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொடுத்து விட்டு, பணம் புட்டி குட்டி வெளிநாடு சுற்றுலா என வலம் வருவான். இது போன்று தான் நாம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் கழுதைப்புலிகளும் பன்றிகளும். ஊரை சுத்தம் செய்கிறேன், கருப்பு பணத்தை ஒழிக்கிறேன் என்று படம் காட்டி மக்களை ஏமாற்றி பணம் பறித்துக் கொண்டு, ரூ.10 லட்சம் மதிப்புள்ள உடையை அணிந்து கொண்டு, மார்க் ஜூகர்பெர்க்கை பின் தள்ளி விட்டு முன் வந்து கையசைத்து விட்டு, கால் மேல் கால் போட்டுக் கொண்டு சிவிங்கத்தை மென்று முட்டை விட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நில உலகக் கடவுளான அமெரிக்க அதிபருக்கு டீ தயாரித்துக் கொடுத்து பிறவிப்பயனை அடைய முயலும் பகல் கொள்ளையர்கள்!!)

*நாட்டுப் பசுக்கள் முற்றிலும் அழிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்!* அவ்வளவே!! இதற்காகத்தான் இவ்வளவு கட்டுப்பாடுகள்!!!

நாளடைவில் நாட்டுப் பசுக்கள் எல்லாம் ஒழிந்து போய், பாலுக்காக வெளிநாட்டுப் இனப் பசுக்களையே நாம் சார்ந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

1.4 பில்லிய‌ன் ம‌க்க‌ள்தொகை கொண்ட‌ இந்த தேசத்தில் (உணவு, தேநீர், இனிப்பு வகைகள், வெண்ணெய், நெய், தயிர் போன்றவைகளுக்காக) தினம் 100 கோடி லிட்டர் பால் தேவை என்று குறைந்த‌ப‌ட்ச‌ம் கணக்கிடுங்கள். மாதத்திற்கு 3,000 கோடி லிட்டர் பால் தேவைப்ப‌டும். ஒரு லிட்டர் பால் 40 ரூபாய் என்றால்கூட‌, மாதத்திற்கு 1,20,000 கோடி ரூபாய் பால் வணிகம்!!

அப்படியானால் *வருடத்திற்கு 14,40,000 கோடி ரூபாய்* வணிகம்!! (சுமார் 230 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்கள்) - இதுதான் பரங்கியரின் குறிக்கோள்.

இதைக் குறி வைத்துதான் அந்நிய சக்திகள் களம் இறங்கியுள்ளன. பீட்டா போன்ற அவர்களது கைகூலிகள் பல வருடங்களாக அடித்தளம் அமைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. நாம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் கழுதைப்புலிகளும் பன்றிகளும் வாலாட்டிக் கொண்டு அவர்களிடம் பொரைகளைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டு நமக்கு பட்டை நாமம் சாற்றுகின்றன.

ஜெர்சி இன ப‌சுவின்  விந்துக்களுக்குக்கூட அவர்கள் காப்புரிமை வைத்திருக்கிறார்கள். நம் விருப்பம் போல் அந்த மாடுகளை நாம் இனவிருத்தி செய்து வளர்த்துவிட முடியாது. காசு கொடுத்துதான் அதன் விந்துவைக்கூட வாங்க முடியும்.

பல ஆண்டுகள் கழித்து இந்த நாடுஅதை உணர்ந்து, திருந்தி வரப் பார்க்கும் போது....
